*** Single swim drop-in fee is $10.00.

There are 2 Annual Membership fees required (January - January):
  • A $15 annual team fee and
  • A $42 annual registration fee for Pacific Masters.

A 25% discount is offered to the following members:

  • Parents or guardians of swimmers in the competitive or pre-comp programs
  • Staff members of Harker High School

A 10% discount off monthly & semi-annual members for:

  • 2+ family members on the masters team
  • Full-time students
  • Seniors (over 65)
Other discounts are offered to individuals belonging to clubs or fundraising organizations that participate in multi-sport activities. Our current list of organizations are:

25% off monthly and semi-annual dues

$10 off monthly dues/ $60 off semi-annual dues

***All discounts will be reduced to 10% as of January 1st, Team ASHA will be reduced to $5.00 per month

Membership Policy:

    1) The Santa Clara Swim Club is a Nonprofit Organization. Swim dues provide for the high quality of programs offered and pool time made available.

    2) Resident discounts apply to residents of the town of Santa Clara and not the county of Santa Clara.

    3) Insurance Policy: All Masters Swimmers must be registered with Pacific Masters Swimming for insurance purposes. To register please go to their website at www.usms.org and press the "Join/ Renew USMS" button.

    4) Online Registration System: New swimmers must register with Santa Clara Swim Club using the online TeamUnify software. You can register with TeamUnify here - http://www.teamunify.com/Home.jsp?team=pcscsc

    5) Payment Info: The first payment for the program must be done by credit card. This payment will be applied manually to the current month of enrollment. All subsequent payments will be automatically charged to your credit card on the 1st day of each month.

    6) Pro-rate Policy: Monthly members joining after the 15th will be charged half price for that month's membership. Semi-annual and annual members who miss 1 full month of workouts can postpone their membership for one month.

    7) Cancellation Policy: If you elect to withdraw or take a leave of absence from the program, you must notify Steve Hurko at stevehurko@santaclaraswimclub.org. This information will be noted on your Team Unify account and billing will be discontinued.

    8) One week recess in August: There is a one week recess for all coaches and swimmers every August. The whole club is shut down for all programs and events on dates that will be distributed in advanced. This week is also a transition week between the summer schedule and the fall schedule. Maintenance is performed on the pool that week as well.
